Jessica Parm, RN, BSN, Master Injector, and Co-Founder
Bringing extensive nursing experience spanning nearly two decades, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Her educational background, combined with diverse experience in plastic surgery, interventional radiology, and intensive care, forms the foundation of her expertise.
Jessica’s unwavering commitment to excellence is evident in her relentless pursuit of refining injection skills and techniques. Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a positive demeanor, ensures that each client receives personalized treatments tailored to their unique aesthetic goals.
Driven by her passion for helping clients achieve their desired look and feel their best, Jessica specializes in various treatments, including facial rebalancing, lip filler, cheeks, chin, jaw, temples, under eyes, Botox injections, filler, wellness injections, and filler facials. With a deep understanding that beauty is subjective, she takes pride in delivering exceptional results and enhancing clients’ confidence.

Jennifer's diverse background in fitness, dental, and aesthetics has allowed her to touch many lives positively. Her unwavering dedication to helping others achieve their beauty and wellness goals drives her passion.
Jennifer's entrepreneurial spirit was nurtured in a family of business owners, instilling in her a deep sense of commitment and hard work. She's owned several successful ventures and knows that success requires dedication.
Jennifer thrives on the business side of things, finding motivation in numbers, setting and achieving goals, and nurturing growth. The limitless potential for improvement fuels her determination to make each day better than the last.
Outside the office, Jennifer cherishes moments with her family and friends, and her love for the water in Grand Haven offers a serene escape from the daily grind.
Dr. Tammy Provatas, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Tammy Provatas brings extensive medical experience to Fountain Medical Aesthetics. Her journey began as a registered nurse for 10 years before transitioning into a dedicated physician who is passionate about her work every day.
With a diverse background spanning the ER, Urgent Care, Corrections, and now Aesthetics, Dr. Provatas is committed to providing top-notch care. Her enthusiasm for growth, both professionally and personally, drives her dedication to her patients.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Provatas is a loving spouse and proud parent of four children and five grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys precious moments with her family and tending to the animals on her hobby farm.
Selena, Medical Aesthetician
Selena is a licensed Medical Aesthetician with specialized skills in lasers, chemical peels, and Microneedling. Her journey began at the prestigious National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas, where she refined her knowledge.

Chloe, Medical Aesthetician
Chloe is a licensed Medical Aesthetician. She completed her schooling at The Salon Professional Academy.
Chloe's passion for skin care and helping people feel confident in their skin began with her personal struggle with acne. She understands how skin issues can play a big part in the way you feel about yourself. That's why getting you on the road to healthy skin is Chloe's top priority.
Education is important to Chloe. One of her top priorities is to stay up to date with skincare advancements/techniques, to provide everyone with the best possible results.
